Rates
The rates quoted on this website are subject to availability. All rates are inclusive of GST and quoted in Australian dollars. By making a reservation and using the rates quoted on this site you agree with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. Rates as quoted are per room per night on a room only basis, unless additional items are specified. Rates are subject to the specified number of people allowed per room. Additional guests not specified on bookings, including children are not permitted unless approved by management due to our accommodation configuration, off grid location and management systems.
Deposit & balance payment
Deposit payment equal to 50% of your total booking cost is required when making your reservation and to confirm your booking. Payment is by Mastercard, Visa Card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Credit cards have a 1.5% service fee.
Final payment and balance is due 48hrs prior to arrival and can be made by direct deposit or will be charged to guest credit card 48hours prior to your booking. If payment by direct deposit, please email receipt to hello@pebblybeach.com.au 48hours prior to booking.

Arrival & Departure
Cabins (Mara, Waru, Mirada, Narran Narran, Barnaga) – check in from 2pm, check out by 10am
Houses (Buru & Ushka’s) – check in from 3.00pm, check out by 11.00am.
Early check in and late check out are not permitted unless approved by management.
Self check in information including boom gate and accommodation access codes, car parking details etc will be emailed 48hours prior to bookings.
Cancellation policy
We are a small business with reservations usually made well in advance, so cancellations affect us greatly.
If you cancel or modify your booking 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel or modify within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, 100% of your booking cost is payable. If the booking dates are resold, we will refund 70% of your booking cost.
Pets
Due to our location within the Murramarang National Park, pets including dogs are not permitted in the grounds of the property.
Visitors
Additional guests are not permitted given our location in the Murramarang National Park, off grid location and management systems and overall guest amenity and enjoyment of the property.
Internet
Guests are provided wi-fi details upon check in. Given our off grid location, our network is via satellite and guest usage should be limited. Downloading movies, watching streamed products or posting video is not permitted.
General behaviour policy
We are located within The Murramarang National Park and as such all relevant rules of the NSW National Parks must be adhered to.
All guests are required to be mindful of noise at all times. Guest noise and general activity should be minimal between 8pm and 8am to enable full enjoyment of the property and location by all guests on site.
Management reserves the right to ask any guests making excessive noise to leave without refund.
Smoking is not permitted in any accommodation. Any residual odours or traces of smoking will incur an extra cleaning fee of $500.
Damage & Loss
Management reserves the right to charge guests after departure for the following, but not restricted to; all damages and breakages, missing items, any extra cleaning or unpaid expenses.
Guest amenities such as toiletries, unused firewood supplies etc remain the property of Pebbly Beach Escape and should not be removed.
Any additional charges for damage and loss will automatically be charged to the credit card provided with a notice of intention to charge any additional costs emailed to the supplied address prior to the charge being applied.
